On November 30, 2023, Biowest USA, Inc. proudly acquired the assets of Peak Serum, including its trademarks and valuable customer connections.

As a global frontrunner in supplying animal serum products, we’re thrilled at the opportunity to meet and exceed the needs of Peak Serum’s clientele with a broader and more accessible selection of serum offerings under the respected Peak Serum brand.

For those who may not be up-to-date, Peak Serum had entered a bankruptcy reorganization back in November 2019 and was managed by a bankruptcy trustee up until August 29, 2023. 

Following the court’s decision to liquidate, Biowest successfully acquired Peak Serum’s assets, driven by our commitment to provide you—the esteemed scientific research community—with premium serum products.

When Biowest took control of Peak Serum’s assets, which included its data, we obtained information leading us to believe that prior to our purchase and during the time in which Peak Serum was under supervision of the bankruptcy court, it appears serum and other products may have been marketed to Peak Serum’s customers under Peak Serum’s name without the authorization of the bankruptcy Trustee or Court, and, after Biowest’s purchase of the Peak Serum’s assets, without the authorization of Biowest.

Rest assured, Biowest is now at the helm, fully authorized to bring you the authentic, quality products you’ve come to trust.
