Upon receipt of product, it is the customer’s obligation to inspect and notify Peak Serum of any claims, errors, problems or damage within 4 business days by calling Customer Service at 844-395-5078. Failing to do so may result in acceptance of product. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on the original purchase price on returns that are not the result of any error or fault of Peak Serum, shipping charges will not be credited. Returns are only accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase. In the event a return is authorized, a credit will be given. Products purchased without prior pre-testing are not qualified for a return. Peak Serum strongly encourages customers to test product prior to purchase to ensure complete acceptance and satisfaction.
