IMDM w/o L-Glutamine w/o Hepes

Iscove’s Modified Dulbecco’s Medium (IMDM) is a cell culture medium based on DMEM and formulated for the support of several cell types, including murine B lymphocytes, bone marrow hematopoietic tissue, lipopolysaccharide-stimulated B cells, T lymphocytes, and different hybrid cell lines.

This sterile-filtered liquid formulation contains selenium, additional amino acids and vitamins, sodium pyruvate, phenol red, and potassium nitrate in place of ferric nitrate. It has a glucose concentration of 4.5 g/L and is supplied without L-Glutamine and HEPES. L-Glutamine can be added using either 20 mL/L of L-Glutamine 100X, 200 mM solution, or 0.584 g/L of L-Glutamine powder. Supplements should be added to the medium as sterile supplements.
