Product Description
Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium High Glucose is formulated to support the growth and maintenance of a broad range of mammalian cells. When supplemented with fetal bovine serum, it is suitable for cells with higher energy requirements and general cell culture applications.
This sterile-filtered liquid formulation contains phenol red and has a glucose concentration of 4.5 g/L. It does not contain L-Glutamine or sodium pyruvate. L-Glutamine may be added using either 20 mL/L of L-Glutamine 100X, 200 mM solution, or 0.584 g/L of L-Glutamine powder. Supplements should be added as sterile supplements.
