I have used Peak Serum US FBS (PS-FB1) in comparison with other serum brands for the isolation of primary human keratinocytes and fibroblasts. Primary keratinocytes colonies growth assay showed that Peak serum was among the best, as well as for primary human fibroblasts isolation and growth.
