Our test of the low endotoxin US FBS from Peak Serum ( PS-FB1) on human monocytes through measurement of cell viability, and TNFa and IL1b cytokines production by ELISA, shows that Peak Serum FBS supports the culture and performance of the cells similarly to the FBS previously used in our lab.
